These Terms govern your use of mobile apps and websites provided by Kitepaw ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the apps except as permitted by law.

3. In-App Purchases and Ads

Some features may be available via in-app purchases processed by the platform store (e.g., Google Play). All billing and refunds are handled by the platform’s terms and policies. The apps may display advertising from third parties; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

4. Privacy and Consent

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which includes product-specific addenda when applicable. Where required by local laws (e.g., EEA/UK), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present and store your ad consent choices. You can revisit your choices from the app’s settings if available.

5. User Conduct

• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful activities.
• Do not infringe the rights of others (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights).

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content are owned by Kitepaw or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may submit feedback; we may use it without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITEPAW AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or as required by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. (Effective date equals the "Last updated" date above.)

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.

You and Kitepaw agree that the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or the ability of consumers to bring claims before the competent courts of their habitual residence where required by applicable law (e.g., in the EEA/UK).
